Separation

Pat Robertson is truly over the deep end. Jimmy Carter has written a new book touching on some of the brewing dangers regarding the intertwining of church and state. I'll never understand why these people want religion *in* our governmental structure. There is a textbook case of this philosophy in action: The Middle East. As long as there are competing idealogies, there must be a neutral government that is open to all...otherwise all you have is chaos. As I read the news lately, I find myself anxiously awaiting the rapture so we can get past this nonsense.
